Is this what being forty means? I mean, we&#8217;re past knowing every song on the oldies station to remembering when every product at the quaint stores was . . . new?<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>My Mom had <a title=\"Thanksgiving Candles\" href=\"http:\/\/www.vermontcountrystore.com\/browse\/Home\/Thanksgiving-Traditions\/Pilgrim-and-Turkey-Candle-Set\/D\/30100\/P\/1:200:2070\/I\/f08720\" target=\"_blank\">these candles<\/a>!<\/li>\n<li>Remember how weird <a title=\"Filled Raspberry Candy\" href=\"http:\/\/www.vermontcountrystore.com\/browse\/Home\/Food-Candy\/The-Candy-Counter\/Old-Fashioned-Candy\/Filled-Raspberry-Candy\/D\/30100\/P\/1:100:1020:10280:100840\/I\/f10710\" target=\"_blank\">these<\/a> felt once you got to the center?<\/li>\n<li><a title=\"Bubble Umbrella\" href=\"http:\/\/www.vermontcountrystore.com\/browse\/Home\/Tried-True\/Clothing-Accessories\/Bubble-Umbrella\/D\/30100\/P\/1:200:2080:20470\/I\/f07490\" target=\"_blank\">The coolest umbrella evah<\/a>!<\/li>\n<li>A <a title=\"A Hair Rat\" href=\"http:\/\/www.vermontcountrystore.com\/browse\/Home\/Apothecary\/Hair-Care\/Styling-Products\/Hair-Rat\/D\/30103\/P\/1:100:1000:10070:100110\/I\/f08493\" target=\"_blank\"><em>rat<\/em><\/a>? That&#8217;s what they called that??<\/li>\n<li><a title=\"WOODEN Q-tips\" href=\"http:\/\/www.vermontcountrystore.com\/browse\/Home\/Tried-True\/Apothecary\/Wooden-Cotton-Swabs\/D\/30100\/P\/1:200:2080:20460\/I\/f07648\" target=\"_blank\">OUCH<\/a>!!<\/li>\n<li>The product named by a million monkeys typing on a million typewriters &#8212; <a title=\"Fels-Naptha\" href=\"http:\/\/www.vermontcountrystore.com\/browse\/Home\/Brands-From-The-Past\/Household-Cleaning\/Fels-Naptha-Soap\/D\/30100\/P\/1:200:2000:20050\/I\/f01381\" target=\"_blank\">Fels-Naptha Soap.<\/a><\/li>\n<li>I need <a title=\"Scalp Invigorator\" href=\"http:\/\/www.vermontcountrystore.com\/browse\/Home\/Tried-True\/Apothecary\/Scalp-Invigorator\/D\/30100\/P\/1:200:2080:20460\/I\/f00139\" target=\"_blank\">one of these<\/a> actually. Walmart still carries it.
