{"id":700,"date":"2007-11-04T21:00:49","date_gmt":"2007-11-05T01:00:49","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.drslewis.org\/camille\/2007\/11\/04\/lots-to-love\/"},"modified":"2007-11-04T21:00:49","modified_gmt":"2007-11-05T01:00:49","slug":"lots-to-love","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.drslewis.org\/camille\/2007\/11\/04\/lots-to-love\/","title":{"rendered":"Lots to Love"},"content":{"rendered":"<p align=\"center\">[MEDIA=3]\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Today was just wonderful.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>I tried a friend&#8217;s recipe for <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/www.thisclassicallife.com\/weblog\/index.php\/archives\/118\" title=\"Cider-roasted Pork Loin\">Cider-Roasted Pork Loin<\/a>. It. was. wonderful. You have to try it! I&#8217;ve never had better.<\/li>\n<li>While cleaning up from the wonderful dinner, my sweet hubby reintroduced me to an old friend &#8212; the little-bit-crazy-but-wholly-genius\u00a0<a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Glenn_Gould\" title=\"Glenn Gould\">Glenn Gould<\/a> playing <em>The Well-Tempered Clavier<\/em>. Of course, I never played that prelude <em>that<\/em> fast. But . . . wow &#8212; it was so long ago that I was a piano nerd. Grant said he&#8217;d never seen me stop and <em>listen<\/em> to music like that. Usually I multi-task. Someday when we get a piano, that is what I&#8217;d spend my idle moments playing. I still have all my piano music.<\/li>\n<li>Gavin danced while we listened to the rest of <em>The Well-Tempered Clavier<\/em>. There&#8217;s nothing quite like watching a newly-19-month-old &#8220;interpret&#8221; baroque piano music.<\/li>\n<li>At the same time, Isaac hunted down all the &#8220;A&#8221; magnets on the fridge and spelled out his name over and over. Learning is so fun.<\/li>\n<li>And I started reading <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.com\/Generous-Orthodoxy-conservative-contemplative-fundamentalist\/dp\/0310258030\/ref=pd_bbs_sr_1\/103-6717985-6747806?ie=UTF8&amp;s=books&amp;qid=1194224378&amp;sr=8-1\">a book<\/a> that is oh-so-controversial.
