You are a blessing to many of us who have traveled this hard road.
Trisha
(I don’t have the strange-guy blog anymore. Really. I don’t.)
you are beautiful–dear.
i am asking.
no, i am begging.
ok, something is shifting in my head.
i am asking for three *very* specific things. these are things the LORD brought to my mind during my “season” of prayer on thursday, friday and saturday.
one is FAITH.
one is a bike.
one is *that* bike. you know the one with the purple handlebars and basket on the front?
this last request is the step: the great thing i haven’t received because i haven’t asked. i keep reviewing “perfect love casteth out fear.” i am afraid my dearest FATHER won’t answer, but as i love Him more (and He already loves me plenty enough) i will not fear.
keep praying. there is much more to share….
I am praying, m’dear. With you. And grinning too.
you don’t know me but your words have penetrated my soul. i just can’t seem to find the hand of my Father to pull me out of the miry pit. there are days when i think i’ve resigned myself to permanent residency there. thank you for your story. i’ll be reading it again.
