Filthy. You should be ashamed.

Awwww, I agree, that is nice. Do you know what year that is from? Is it recent or older? I haven’t seen it before.
I knew there was a reason I always liked Big Bird! 😉
I don’t know the time. Based on some of the comments I’m reading, it’s “vintage” Sesame Street.
They should show it again. It’s so sweet. “Giving him a hug” and all.
it seems pretty vintage to me. very nice. it’s sad that it’s surprising — breasts are for breastfeeding, it’s really unfortunate that our culture is embarrassed by breastfeeding, talk of breastfeeding, and breasts in general.
thanks for sharing, jude has been asking when lola can have real food, why she doesn’t need it now, etc. he’s going to love this. 🙂
I love it! I have learned so many wonderful things from Sesame Street. I need to find these vintage ones for my girls.
That is soooooo sweet. *sniff, sniff* Even a bird ‘gets’ it.
I don’t remember seeing this Sesame Street segment when I was a kid. . . but I grew up on Sesame Street and loved Mr. Snufalupagus and Big Bird.
And like in this clip, my mother nursing my younger brother and sister made nursing something normal, natural. . . I think that more than anything, mothers that breastfeed around their children will normalize breastfeeding and hopefully the next generation will see breastfeeding as the default rather than the exception.
I remember a friend’s dd at church came up to me when I was nursing my first baby and said, “You’re feeding her milk from your body!” Yep. 🙂
